A few weeks ago, students headed to the buses after school were in for a surprise. The cafeteria was decorated like a carnival, and games were spread out across the floor. Music was blasting from the speakers. There were tickets taped to the floors. What was going on? Fall conference.

Each year, the members of student councils across Massachusetts come together for conferences where they can meet new people and learn about teamwork and leadership. It’s hosted at different schools every year. But this fall, Tahanto took on the challenge of hosting the 2018 CDMASC Fall Conference. It’s never been hosted at Tahanto before, but the student council organized it and worked hard to make the event a success. Over 500 students came to our school, and the conference went fantastic! It was definitely a win for Tahanto.
